All our products are meticulously crafted AS ORDERED!  This means each piece is meticulously designed and produced just for you after you place an order.

Processing Time:

- Apparel & Accessories: Typically takes 2 to 7 business days for production.

• Home & Lifestyle Items: Usually takes 3 to 8 business days for production.

 

Packaging: 

-Items may arrive in different packages. This is due to order and warehouse fulfillment. What warhorse your product is at, if not the same. 

Shipping Time:

- U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days after fulfillment.

- International Orders: Delivery varies by region, typically taking 10 to 20 business days. Please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking:

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number.

Delays:

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, delays may occur due to various factors, such as seasonal demand (holidays tend to cause longer processing times), supply chain or courier issues, and customs for international orders.
